Wilkes-Barre, PA-- The University of Maine at Fort Kent men's basketball team held Penn State Wilkes-Barre to 20 second half points en route to a 69-58 win on Monday evening.
The Bengals started slow for the third game in a row, to trail at halftime 38-30. UMFK shot 52% in the second half.
Rosevelt Smith Jr. led a balanced attack for the Bengals with 13 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. Mauro Vicic hit five 3's for the second game in a row and finished with 18 points and 4 rebounds. Joe McCloskey scored 12 of his 14 in the second half.
