Bouchard joins the Bengals in the 2012-13 season after a standout career in his native Fort Kent at Community High School. In his senior season, Bouchard helped lead the Warriors to the Maine State Class C Eastern Maine Semifinals playing guard for Coach Scott Pelletier.
