Northampton, Massachusetts--The University of Maine at Fort Kent Track & Field Program returned to Massachusetts this past Saturday for the Smith College Carla Coffey Classic. 

Leading the way for the Bengals were Rodane Hibbert winning the 400m (51.68) and placing 3rd in the 200m (23.41), Joe Enerva placing 2nd in the javelin (37.57m) and 5th in the shot put (11.30m), and Nick Gayle placing 5th in the 100m (11.56) and 7th in the 200m (23.91).

Additional point scorers for UMFK were Vinnette Blake placing 6th in the 200m (29.46), Tajaheray McMahan placing 8th in the 200m (29.82), and Aaron Boateng finishing 8th in the 400m (54.03). Yannick Kasongo also set a personal record (PR) in the long jump of 5.12m.
