Bengals Win on Senior Night
October 15, 2015 • Fort Kent, Maine

Fort Kent, Maine--The UMFK volleyball team won both matches, a doubleheader against UMPI on Wednesday night, on senior night, 3-0 and 3-0.

Tiara Nolen, LaLa Carballo and Hope Grace played their final match at "The Jungle". They now have 42 career victories, shattering the school record of 36, with still at least 4 matches to go on the season. They have lost only 10 matches combined in two years and have never lost a home match or even a set at home.

Grace had 11 kills and 10 digs on the night. Tiara Nolen moved from her Libero position to the front row for a set and combined for 5 kills and 18 digs. Carballo also moved to the front row for a set and had 5 kills.

The Bengals were led by Brianna Krystek who combined for 24 kills and just one error. Setter Selina Castro had 65 assists in the two matches.
