Fort Kent, Maine--The University of Maine at Fort Kent men's basketball team started the second half on a 27-4 run over the first eight minutes of the second half to run away from visiting Fisher College, 91-68.

UMFK has now won 11 games in a row and moves to 17-6 on the season. The Bengals trailed by 5, 37-32 at the half, but the home team led by junior guard, Troy Williams put the game away in the opening stages on the second half. Williams had a career-high 28 points, including 18 in the second half. Williams hit five three-point shots for UMFK which tied a season-high hitting 12 from long range.

Anthony Knight scored 14 of his 19 in the second half, and the Bengals defense held Fisher to just 27% in the half, including 3-16 from three. Jarid Walton chipped in with 14 points, while Tom Enerva had 14 rebounds and Bobby Syvanthong had 12 assists.

Fisher was led by Jamonte Thompson who had 14 points.
