Boston, MA—The University of Maine Fort Kent men’s basketball team dropped their final contest of 2014, falling to Fisher College 85-80. The Bengals hit 13 3 pointers but turned the ball over 21 times, including 13 in the second half.

UMFK found themselves in an early hole, falling behind 7-0. After a Bengal timeout, both teams caught fire. The game went back and forth for the rest of the half, where both teams shot over 50% from the floor. UMFK’s offense slowed down in the second half as Fisher College turned up the defensive pressure and made it very difficult in the ½ court.
