Buffalo, NY-- The University of Maine at Fort Kent Men's Basketball team began their regular season with a notch in the win column. During the first day of the Villa Maria College tournament in Buffalo, NY, the Bengals defeated Bryant and Stratton College of Rochester in a close game. The Bengals were finally able to pull away in the final minutes as the full court zone press of UMFK began to wear on their opponent. The Bengals take on the host Villa Maria Vikings on Saturday evening.
