Overnight Soccer Camp
(For Ages 10-18)

July 27 – July 31, 2025

Players will live in the UMFK residence halls for the week taking part in an all-day soccer camp
Our goal is to develop and improve player’s soccer skills through an environment that is fun and conducive to learning. We will accommodate all skill levels through a full week of intense and enjoyable training. UMFK coaching staff and players will be teaching individual technique, ball mastery, 1vs1 attacking and defending, as well as team concepts using rondo, small-sided games, and larger scrimmages to teach vision, quick decision-making, and positional understanding. Some extra activities include yoga for recovery, strength, and flexibility, education about the importance of nutrition and hydration, watching and breaking down game films, and learning how to make a college recruitment video (14+).
