The University of Maine at Fort Kent Men’s Soccer team is pleased to announce the commitment of local prep star Reece Pelletier. Pelletier was the goalkeeper on the two-time Northern Maine Class C Champion Fort Kent High School Boys soccer team.

Last season, Pelletier was outstanding in goal for the Fort Kent Warriors, accumulating a record of 14 wins, three losses, and one tie. Pelletier had nine clean sheets throughout the season and only allowed 13 goals to go through all year.

Head Coach Oniqueky Samuels said, “We are ecstatic about Reece joining our team for next season; he is a proven winner and, more importantly, a great kid. I have experience working with Reece a few years ago during my time as the Head Boys’ Soccer Coach at Fort Kent High School. His tireless work ethic, communication skills, and leadership will be great additions to our program.”
